We are investing with the same Operating Partner in a similar property and value-add strategy in the Phoenix area. The JKAM Diversified Real Estate Fund has given a soft commitment for $500k in the Tierra Santa Apartments.

During the JKAM team’s Due Diligence process, some qualities that made this investment attractive are the Operator’s track record, ability to execute, and Phoenix market.

Our Operating Partner focuses on 2-5 year hold apartment investments and to date they have had 26 communities go full circle, yielding an average 66.9% project level IRR (inclusive of 5 communities in escrow to be sold).
