JKAM Founder and Principal Jack Krupey flew to Vegas to tour our Fund’s investment allocation into the multifamily value-add project Tides. His goal was to meet with our investment partners and observe the renovation process of the apartment complex.

Tides is a 252 Unit apartment building located on Tropicana Ave, 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, McCarran International airport and less than 5 miles from UNLV.

Our value-add strategy is projected to result in 16-17% IRR over 3 years and a 1.55x Equity Multiple return on investment. Targeted to provide both in-place income and growth over a shorter 3-year investment term.

Tides is managed by the same Operating Partner as our Phoenix project, where we are currently far exceeding initial projections. Our Partners past project-level IRR is an impressive 45.50%.
